What we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is collected automatically as you use the site.

Information you give us includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, budget range and anything you write in a message field, when you submit an enquiry, request an audit, apply for a role or subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically includes your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you visit and how long you spend on them. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described in our cookie policy.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver services under an agreement with you or your organisation.
• To send marketing emails where you have subscribed, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business, and with your consent where analytics cookies require it.
• To assess applications for employment where you apply for a role.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only to the extent needed to deliver a service.

These typically include hosting and infrastructure providers, our CRM and email platform, analytics providers, and professional advisers. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry data: up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you become a client.
• Client data: for the duration of our engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not re-add you.
• Job applications: 12 months from the close of the vacancy, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics data: in line with the retention settings of the relevant platform.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In India that is the Data Protection Board; in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office; and equivalent bodies elsewhere.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege access to client systems. When we work inside your advertising, analytics or CRM accounts, we request the minimum permission level needed and never take ownership of accounts that belong to you.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
