The Jungle Story

Building a Better Digital Enquiry Journey for The Jungle Story

PulpScale Digital supported The Jungle Story with website design, SEO and Meta Ads, creating a clearer digital presence and a structured enquiry journey through higher-intent forms, WhatsApp follow-up and Google Sheets lead tracking.

The challenge

Where things stood

The Jungle Story needed its website, organic search activity and paid advertising to work towards one clear goal: generating useful stay enquiries. Earlier Meta advertising had generated low-cost conversations, but many enquiries were not relevant enough to convert. The team needed a better system for identifying guests who were genuinely planning a stay and willing to share details such as travel dates, group size, room requirements, budget and booking timeline. The project therefore required more than simply increasing the number of enquiries. It needed a connected digital journey that could present the property clearly, support search visibility and make every new lead easier to qualify and follow up.

The strategy

What we decided to do

Align the website, SEO and paid advertising around genuine stay enquiries.

Create separate audience journeys for weekend travellers and long-stay guests.

Use the Leads objective with higher-intent Instant Forms instead of relying only on open-ended messages.

Add questions covering travel dates, guests, rooms, budget and booking readiness.

Continue qualified conversations through the official WhatsApp Business account.

Send submitted lead information directly to Google Sheets for organised follow-up.

Measure lead quality and booking potential, not only the lowest cost per lead.

Execution

How it was built

    Results

    What it produced

The project brought website design, SEO and paid lead generation into one connected enquiry journey. Instead of depending only on unstructured messages, The Jungle Story can now collect important booking information before the follow-up begins. Weekend travellers and long-stay guests are handled through separate audience groups and forms, making it easier to understand where each enquiry comes from. Submitted leads are organised in Google Sheets, while WhatsApp provides the booking team with a direct follow-up channel. This gives the client a clearer process for reviewing enquiries, identifying serious prospects and recording the eventual booking outcome. Final campaign, website and SEO performance figures should be added after verifying them from the relevant reporting platforms.
